She completed her doctorate in Selcuk University, Department of Architecture, with a thesis entitled “Historical Development of Apartment Constructions in Konya”. In 1987 she worked as an Research Assistant at Selcuk University, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Department of Architecture. She has been working in Selcuk University as an associate professor department of Architecture.
